Works exactly as advertised - IF you can apply it without picking up dust particles which is almost impossible. It took me over an hour of meticulous trial and error as I walked, removing dust particles from the back of the film and the screen itself with clear tape to finally install the item with no trapped dust or bubbles. It was worth reducing the glare. I applied this to Lenovo U530 Touch so I can confirm that it works well with touch screens. I'll never understand why all laptop screens aren't matte right out of the box - glossy screens are a terrible idea. If laptop manufacturers want them to look shiny and shiny in the store, then they should matte the screen and put a glossy peel-off film over it and not force the poor customer to do the opposite.
