This heater is very scary. My husband is a mechanic and got his hands burned twice because the igniter doesn't work properly and you have to hold the flame in propane until the igniter finally warms up. We reported it and were told it was a shame as we hadn't used it for the first 30 days of purchase. The company says they will only take it back if we have the original packaging and paperwork it came in so they can refill it. RETURN the defective product as we patiently explained to 3+ sales reps so they can sell to someone else? I will not recommend Rons Hardware or World Mktg of America. Buyer Warning.
