This heater is a liability but it is a very good heater for the money. I have a 35x60 shop, it took about an hour to warm up to 68, from 35 it's great for a small shop

Works but there are better ones if you want to use it for a covered burner patio. I have a cheaper half btu radiant that works better for this purpose.

Received this and tried to hook it up to a 20lb tank but it didn't work. Now I see a minimum of 100 pounds. Chinese nonsense pisses me off.

Cool little heater for my patio. I ordered it in gray as stated in the description. Unfortunately in silver. I ordered the 2nd and received the same color. Not the color I want but needed it as a last resort and couldn't return the second one.

Advantages: This device heats the room and is easy to set up, which makes any conversation almost impossible. I'm also concerned that if someone accidentally touches the device, it will burn. I've read about noise complaints but never thought it could be so loud and intrusive. The return policy makes this white elephant a treasured spot in my garage. When I complained to the seller, I was advised to contact the manufacturer. This device is only good for the deaf.

This heater is very scary. My husband is a mechanic and got his hands burned twice because the igniter doesn't work properly and you have to hold the flame in propane until the igniter finally warms up. We reported it and were told it was a shame as we hadn't used it for the first 30 days of purchase. The company says they will only take it back if we have the original packaging and paperwork it came in so they can refill it. RETURN the defective product as we patiently explained to 3+ sales…

The heater seems fine, but estimates for the square feet it will heat are far off. I bought this thinking that 200,000 BTUs might be excessive for a 900 square foot garage, but I was wrong. As a test, I turned the heating up to full speed and heated the closed garage for 1 hour. With the help of thermometers installed everywhere, no temperature changes were detected after an hour, except in the immediate vicinity of the heater.
