I've had the fan for about 3-4 months now. When the fan was first installed, it worked about 10 days and then stopped working. No noise, nothing! I contacted Revain and they wanted me to send the whole fan back as I was paying an electrician to install the fan and I would have to pay again to have the fan removed which would be an expensive option. I then emailed the company. I explained what was going on and how I thought the receiver was the problem. They were very responsive and sent me a new receiver within 48 hours. They notified me when it was sent and kept checking me to see when it was received. I installed a new receiver and the fan started working again. The company contacted me to see if the new receiver would solve my problem. I told them it looked like it, but the original receiver worked for about 10 days before it failed. They replied to let them know if I had any receiver/fan problems in the future. For 3 months I have no more problems. Hence 5 stars for customer service. The company stands behind their product! The fan is beautiful and perfect for my room. It is very quiet and gives off enough air. Overall a great product and I know if I have any problems in the future the company will support their product and help in any way they can.
