Works but too slippery

I don't understand the choice of carpet on this one. Everything went well for a while, although it was too slippery from the start. Now that my dog has been using it for a while it's even more slippery. She slides straight down and falls several times. She has a cruciate ligament tear, so it's too risky. I'll see if I can find another rug now and rip off the old fabric. Not thrilled with the idea of doing this. Otherwise, I really like that it's light.
