Raises unevenly
After installing it in the garage ceiling I found that it only lifts the side closer to the pull cord, the front while the back stays on the ground. I have to keep the front down while pulling the rope to lift the back off the ground. I sent a message to support 4 days ago, still no call back! Definitely NOT recommended.
