Review on Predict Incidents – IT Service Intelligence by Jordan Rini

I like that it has all of my tools in one place, so if there is an incident with any tool or service within predict - i can find out what's going wrong very quickly! Also helps me to track trends/anomalies across our environment which saves time by not having multiple systems for different purposes (i use this as part-time work). The interface could be improved further but overall its easy enough once you get used too how things operate.- It provides us real insight into incidents we don't know about otherwise!!
