These Nike shoes are very uncomfortable for long walks. There is virtually no support in the insole. My feet were so sore and tired after a 3 mile run, which I didn't experience with the Adidas running shoes I wore before but had to throw them out because they were old. I ended up buying another pair of Nikes but in a different style and with the same problem. I just invested another $55 to buy Nike insoles for cushioning and support and I hope it works. Also, my feet aren't wide and there was too much room in them. I would and wouldn't have to tighten the laces if Nike had engineered a better fit and cushioning in the shoe.
