Easy and reliable document exchange tool

It's easy! The interface is intuitive - all our employees can use it without assistance from IT or management- we set up users with no help needed (our system admin team has other priorities). We like that you have granular access control over who sees what files in each folder of DDBs structure; this makes sharing workbooks around much easier than if they were stored locally only at my computer level. Some features are lacking as well such as being able to add/remove folders but those aren't deal breakers by any means because I'm sure something will be added soon so there isn't too big an issue here either way once implemented. Our entire office uses Dropbox which allows us secure storage while also making them available anywhere via cloud capabilities.- No more paper backups required when working offsite during meetings etc., just pick someone else's dropbox link & go! The best thing about this product is that it can be used with any device like android or IOS devices as well as windows OS. It also has an option of backup which helps in case you lose all your files at once. There are few features which need improvement but nothing too big. We have been using this software since last 3 years without facing issues. It's very easy to use while backing up important documents.

Pros
  • This tool provides seamless remote file sync across multiple platforms, both desktop computers AND mobile phones for ALL members within one organization whether local OR remotely located outside their own offices' physical security zones. It takes minimal training time even though some advanced feature options may take additional setup steps beyond normal user requirements. The ease of installation plus its unobtrusive nature make implementation highly beneficial especially compared against previous technologies requiring complicated VPN configurations involving
Cons
  • I don't really have any dislikes about this, everything is just fine
