Overall the product works as advertised and protects my son from our round glass coffee table. However, the product also has a few disadvantages. First, sticking 3M tape to foam is a real nightmare. The product is curved by nature, so sticking the tape is difficult and takes a long time. Second, my son tends to clear the table for a month or two. Once he takes the styrofoam off the table there is no way I can get him to fit it properly and stick it back on the table because he manages to get his fingerprints, liquids and god knows what else under the styrofoam. They only give you enough 3M to install the entire profile and maybe a few extra inches. So once it's demolished, you're out of luck. Not to mention crumbs and other things covering the old tape and making applying the new tape difficult and sloppy. It works great when it's on the table, I just have to replace it more often than I'd like.
