Nice product, happy with my purchase and may buy again.
Pros: high-quality upholstery, smooth mechanism, comfy armrests (I didn't know what they were made of at first either) Cons: I had to use the wheels from an old chair to fix the problem, and the thing creaks if you lean on it.
