Review on Aqara Water Leak Sensor: Wireless Mini Flood Detector for Alarm System & Smart Home Automation - Works with IFTTT by va Molnr ᠌

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Everything in the product suited me, the price is generally perfect.

The sensor's contacts are in the form of bolts. After unscrewing them and adding plates with wires, I discovered that although there was only one sensor, it had two trigger locations. In order to illustrate my second argument, I will use the example of a point light bulb. The actual cottage can be found below, hidden entirely behind the kitchen set. This area is referred to as the lower level. If you connect it directly, then all you need is a wall between the sensor and the hub, three cabinets of a kitchen set, and another wall, and everything will work!

Pros
  • ZigBee protocol connection to Xiaomi Gateway 3 was successful and did not encounter any issues. It functions quite well. Instantaneously, I was able to pull myself up to. In your smart home, configure Alice to start screaming whenever there is a water leak, and Gateway should also start screaming.
Cons
  • When I first tried to press the button on the sensor, I assumed I needed to touch it. But then I realized that wasn't the case. It came out that all you needed to do was apply more pressure to the button; doing so caused the body to flex, which in turn pressed the button.
