As a seamstress and quilter, I like the fact that the cord is very long and the iron stays on for 30 minutes before turning off. It's a good weight and makes sense. I don't use a pair so I can't comment. The cable is well placed and designed. The problem lies in the mode button that toggles between heat settings and starts the heat when plugged in. It clicks at the slightest touch of your hand, requiring you to hold the iron low. Also, the mode button gets stuck every day and I peel it off with a nail file every time I turn it on. Irons that run continuously for more than 10 minutes or don't have an auto shut off are rare as chicken teeth and very expensive, so I'll keep this iron spinning every time I use it until I decide to buy a better iron. Sticking of the button occurred at the end of the return period, I sealed the button with a cat from a plastic bottle so as not to accidentally turn it off.
