Almost everything you need is included. The only parts you need to provide are a wrench and allen wrench. Dimensions are given. Many adapters for many possible types of mounting.2. The mirror needs to be rotated 180 degrees as the mount is off center which improves visibility. The attachment is extremely rigid. The wind will not touch them.3. Threads are pre-blocked. But the photo shows that women's threads were severely sheared. It was dry whereas most pre-applied formulas tend to be a bit sticky. I dropped it and still use mine. Soak in acetone.4. Compared to rhizome. Rizoma is generally better. I like tinted glass. Finishing is more prestigious. I prefer the Rizoma mount. A set may cost more than double, but I wouldn't say they're twice as good. Overall size is similar and visibility is similar. You look great.5. The quality is very good.
