Well packaged. Just putting a piece of glue on the circuit board of a Pi4 is ridiculous. I took the glues that were in the box, cut them up and moved them around to get a flat surface on the chips. Then the purge fan pressed on it. Simply overlapping a strip is weird and gives a 1/4 x 3/8 contact strip. Use the copper piece for 3b as a heatsink standoff, then attach the other pads to line up the sections you want. Haven didn't even plug it in. I'll let you know if it's rubbish.
