Review on Fan heater Dyson AM09 Hot Cool, white/silver by Aneta Szewczyk ᠌
Completely standard product, nothing remarkable.
I opted for it because unlike a traditional heater, the warmth is dispersed evenly across the floor. The heat can be dispersed; the air is blown where it is required; nevertheless, a standard hair dryer would serve the same purpose. Not only did Dyson fail to meet my high expectations, but it also pales in comparison to their own vacuum cleaner (which I own and which costs as much as $50,000). I would not suggest it. Listen carefully in a private space before making any hasty judgments.
Pros
- Gorgeous, and it blows hotter than a hair drier. You don't have to get up to turn it off, which is a major convenience that makes up for the product's other flaws.
Cons
- Noisy. Extremely loud. When the temperature in the room is exactly as desired. As early as first gear. The airflow is to blame for the noise, while the motor itself is silent. A simple convector is more practical (and a warm floor is even cooler) in a quiet room without TV or other music.
