What I like: The voice control feature is a great upgrade. Easy setting. What I don't like: As with other similar devices, the second output of the common duplex socket on this device is usually not accessible from another device. I have several wifi controlled outlets similar to this one. . I find them useful for controlling things like Christmas lights, which can be set up as timers and save you the hassle of plugging in a Christmas tree. This device offers several upgrades over my other devices. First, this device can be controlled with your voice - without the need to pair it with Alexa or anything like that. That's convenient. I've found that older devices are only suited to Alexa or timers, not manual control - as they're often difficult to access. But for this upgraded device I can only use magic expressions, Alexa is not required. It's good. When I control a switch with its button, it makes a short beep when you change its state. This can be useful depending on the use case. Unfortunately, these rather large round devices usually manage to use the "other" plug on a duplex socket with a second electrical device only with difficulty or not at all. .I had no problem pairing this device with my iOS app when it occurred to me that I needed to connect my iPhone to my 2G network. This device is not 5G compatible as specifically mentioned by the manufacturer. Controlling the device with Alexa was also easy. Five stars.
