Had the headset connector I needed on my old phone
I have an old landline phone with a 3.5mm 2 ring or 3 jack socket. There were no headsets with this. I could buy a regular headset with a 2.5mm 2 ring jack and with this adapter I could plug it into a 2.5mm jack and then a 3.5mm 2 ring came along. ring jack to my phone. It worked! I didn't have to change my phone! Hooray!
