Review on L Wide Shades Windows Maximum Stretch by Jeff Sorensen

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Great value for money and works well.

I bought this pair of mesh sleeves to keep the car ventilated while keeping mosquitoes out when car camping. I set up my 4runner to sleep in the back when camping and condensation can be an issue unless the windows are cracked. As the nights get warmer, I like to roll the windows down further, and these sleeves allow me to do that without luring bugs inside. It's a softer material that slides right over the door like a sock, conforming to the shape of your door. I use them in L-Wide size with a 2010 Toyota 4runner on two rear doors. They are packed in a small zippered pouch for storage. There is some extra material on the side, but it just fits in and isn't a problem. They reach to the bottom of the window but stretch a bit so they don't sit flush with the floor. If the window is rolled all the way down, there might be a gap for insects to get in through. I bought some small disc magnets to hold the screen more firmly to the bottom. They work great even without magnets when the window is half or even 3/4 down. Good value for money. I was considering making my own and the cost of materials would be more. This saved me time and money.

Pros
  • 🌞 COVERS THE ENTIRE WINDOW AREA. Unlike other car curtains, it does not let in the sun's rays. This is a full sunshade with double mesh, although in full PRIVACY the person sitting in the back seat can see through the blind from the inside and roll down the windows.
Cons
  • Some small things
