The oven was a birthday present for my wife and bought it based on the good reviews here. However, we noticed a dent on the back of the oven as soon as we took it out of the box. The dent is also visible in the oven. Besides, the power plug also has a black mark as if used. But interestingly the box was not damaged on the outside when we received it. Most likely, the oven was damaged before it was packed at the factory. We immediately returned it and ordered a different brand.
