The material is sweaty.
I love the fit of this dress. Very flattering. The elastic on the sleeves is very tight which gets uncomfortable after a while and the fabric is terrible. I can wear it on the most appropriate windy cool day. Inside, or sometimes a little too warm or too cold, I sweat a lot in it. But for the price I keep it for fall outdoor gear.
