This is my first 3D printer. I never used it before I bought BIBO 2 Touch. I've been considering a Dremel printer because I've heard it's good to learn from. I also checked out Flash Forge Maker, both of which have relatively good reviews and are in the same price range. In the end, I settled on the BIBO 2 touch based on all the rave reviews (although I might be a bit skeptical about all the positive reviews) and the simple fact that it had the best bed combo out of the three printers. Size, print height, dual extruder and a laser engraver. I ordered it on Saturday and it arrived at my home in Pittsburgh from China on Thursday of the same week. I couldn't be happier with the delivery time! There was some assembly work to do upon arrival and as others have said the written instructions provided on the SD card are not as clear as they could be but thanks to the PDF instructions and assembly video I was able to assemble and test everything in less than one Hour. It's really not that difficult. The included PLA was useful for testing a few things and getting familiar with the included software. However, I've bought a few of these off Amazon and they seem to be of a higher quality than what came in the box, but then again I've had them for less than a week and I'm still getting used to them. I've been typing almost non-stop this whole week and am very happy with the end results. I'm attaching the birdhouse picture I printed out. It was printed in 5 parts and it took over 30 hours to print the body alone. I had no problems. I suggest you make sure your bed is level with both ledges before you start, but it was really great. I haven't used a laser engraver before, but I'm looking forward to seeing what I can do with it. I keep hearing how great BIBO's customer service is, I haven't had any issues so I can't confirm that, but if her shipping and lead time communication is any indication, I'm sure she's excellent. From what I've seen in this price range, this really is one of the most feature-rich printers you'll find. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a good printer at this price point.
