I like how easy it was for me as an intern at my previous job (a consulting firm)to use this product because of its simple interface! The only thing i dislike about growth champ so far has been their lack in customer service after hours or weekends when you need help with something specific regarding your account/profile etc.. You can't just call them up during normal business hrs unless they have someone available who knows what's going wrong which makes sense considering all businesses are closed by now but still... not great if there isn’t anyone around then either way we lose out since our accounts aren't getting monitored properly sometimes even though everything looks fine from here. We were able to monitor multiple platforms easily through one dashboard instead having different apps open each time needed access too certain features such us follower count monitoring ect.
