(Updated review below.) Charger works very well. I would say I can double charge my phone from a full charge. I like that it turns off when the phone is full. It's a lot bigger and heavier than I imagined. Nothing I'd like to carry around with me. The main downside for me is that once you open the small "door" where the charging and USB ports for charging your phone are located, you can no longer reach the "door". back closed again. It's attached with a piece of rubber that doesn't go inside. A stuck door won't close unless you cut that piece of rubber off. But if you cut it off, you risk losing the door and exposing the USB port area to the elements, dirt, sand, water, etc. If it wasn't for the port cover I would give it five stars. I also like the bright light it can give off. Update: The company was very kind to contact me after reading my initial review. They helped us in the situation very professionally. I appreciate that very much. I've used it a lot more since this review. I live in Jamaica where electrical cycles and frequent power surges burn out batteries in phones and other electronics. I wanted this power bank to only be used to charge my phone to avoid the risk of damaging my phone. For this purpose it worked great. The power bank takes a little time to charge itself, but it charges my phone VERY quickly. It's really convenient. Last night I had a power outage and I was able to use the PSU backlight. Wow! He's bright! As for the port side, I just won't be carrying the power bank to the beach or anywhere water can get in. It serves my intended purpose very well. Excellent customer service. So I'm increasing my rating to five stars!
