Stay inflated for a bed

Driving cross country and need front and rear seat spacers. I inflated the front seats and pushed them forward as far as possible to fit (note there is a cutout at the bottom for the hump). Because the seats put some pressure when pushed into the driving position, I didn't overcrowd them. This lasted 30 days in our car as a test and did not have to be refilled with air. NOTE: Mine didn't have an inflation hose but did have one with my compressor. The dog was comfortable on short rides so it seems longer rides would be fine. The dog is small, 18 pounds.
