Quiet & Efficient for my opinion
I like that can use this machine alone, at any time of day, as long as you’re near a electric socket.I was surprised you have to be plugged in vs charged up, but it’s not a problem at all,I like that it’s pretty quiet.I like that depending on how you have your arms in the straps you and adjust and move it to different muscles with relative ease.The directions suggest you can use it on multiple body parts, but I have yet to figure that out. It’s super easy for shoulder, lower neck, and entire back. Haven’t mastered trying to get my hips/gluts.
