They fit TINY. I ordered 4 of these with kitten print for my 4 kids under 4 years old. My 4 year old twins' heads barely fit, and my 3 year old's head is just as tight. Vogt is good for my 16 month old baby. All my boys have an average head size (50th percentile in size charts for different age groups). The quality of the fabric and the print is great! Note to company: Please provide 1-4 years sizing for this size, and make a larger size for children. over 4 years old.
