For the price I wasn't expecting much value but in the end it exceeded my expectations. It is mostly made of metal and is durable. It's a little heavy and I'd say that's a good thing because you don't want it deflating. The head that holds the phone is covered with a rubberized material that prevents damage. It's not super high, but that's the point. For the price, it's a lot more than you might expect. This would be great for capturing slow motion or social media videos in either the traditional side-by-side or the new chunky vertical video. Review based on current price around $20. My opinion is my own, I wasn't asked to talk about anything in particular and it's not often that I'm impressed by free content.
