After a lot of use the blade and trimmer started to pull and didn't work as well anymore, be sure to replace. I was very happy with the Mangroomer product so I ordered a replacement blade. Put on a new blade and it's badly damaged. At first I thought "user error" but then I didn't actually cut my hair, just pulled it. Do not buy. At half the price of a new tool. Apparently the company just wants me to buy a brand new one. The replacement blade seems to show the correct branding but I'm wondering if it's fake. It feels like they sent me someone else's used blade! UPDATE: I returned the defective blade and received a no better replacement.
