Update: Device no longer works 1.5 months after purchase. I would use the device 2-3 times a week. Haven't heard any response from Emjoi that the device is not working. Now I cannot use the unit. Big crap. Like most, waxing just sounds awful. To be honest I was surprised. I have sensitive facial skin and the pain when using the epilator is very low 2/10. Easy to use, clean and store. Works like a charm, even on my coarse, short hair. Would buy another without a doubt --- great product that does what it says on the tin. at last!
