Good spare parts.

Purchased to replace the mechanism of a large wall clock. It was easy and didn't take more than 10 minutes. It was way cheaper than the $80 watch shop was asking!

The product was exactly what I was looking for. My only complaint would be that the instructions were a bit difficult to read, but other than that. 2 thumbs up. I liked the size of the hands that were available in this set.

SO EASY! good for watch equipment

I have a huge watch that I love and the mechanical work just died. It was an amazing replacement. I thought I needed longer arms, but actually I needed shorter ones. We've been enjoying it for over a month now and it's keeping the time very well.

Easily hangs on wall

I bought this to replace the hands on my garage clock only to find the clock just needs reassembly. What I only noticed after buying and reading the assembly instructions. I collected it and hung it on the wall by myself.

Do not buy! for watch gear

The threads on the small nut that attaches the minute hand to the shaft are not threaded deep enough so the nut flexes before you can tighten it. Thus, the minute hand is not reliable. It is free so it tangles with the hour hand. Very bad design. I would like to give zero stars. Couldn't return because I was screwing the nut down trying to hold it.

Useless. "Please do not use alkaline batteries...otherwise they will damage the mechanism. "

ALL standard AA batteries are alkaline. Old carbon batteries are very difficult to find and very expensive. Designing and selling watches that are not approved for use with standard non-rechargeable alkaline batteries is completely irresponsible. It's a real shame because the rest of the device looks good.

Easy to Install - Watch Hardware

This is the second watch I have purchased to replace the original. The original lasted about 10 years. The first exchange failed after 6 months. I have a big watch with big hands and I need this special movement mechanism. Looks exactly like the one that failed before. Really easy assembly and installation. The minute hand was slightly bent but I was able to straighten it for use.

Product as described, excellent packaging, 2 sets of darts

This product worked great. After almost buying from a real watch parts company and realizing that their product probably wouldn't work, I found this. High torque at the same price as others offered for normal driving. I was able to keep this clock (a beautiful slate/stone outer frame with copper inlays to match the brick in our home) for a small fee. A watch shop repair would cost anywhere from $75 to $100. I bought this from Sam's Club in 2013 and they don't make it anymore. So if I couldn't…
