I am very impressed with these bags but wish they were a bit larger.I use them primarily for sliced vegetables stored in the refrigerator, although I've used them a couple of times for tossing some overripe bananas in the freezer (to use to make thick shakes or frozen banana cream). When sealed properly (check twice) they do a far better job of preserving food than thin plastic bags do and they take up far less room than an airtight container. I use them most frequently for cucumber and carrots and find they are still good after a full week in the fridge.Cleanup is pretty easy, but not perfect as drying them can be a bit difficult.I'm happy with these bags and am pleased to recommend them.
