The description says the pencil case is big. I wouldn't say it's big, but it's big enough. My kid was able to attach markers, some crayons, a pair of crayon scissors, and a small tape dispenser. You have to carefully arrange the individual parts so that everything fits and closes. Basically we are satisfied with the product.
