I bought these khaki pants in a size 1 (my waist is 25 inches, my hips are 34 inches). After reading previous reviews and their stories of ridiculously tight pants, I decided to play it safe and go two sizes up, a size 5. Bad idea. When they arrived I only had to look at them to realize they were too big, I didn't even bother to try them on. I sent them back and reordered my usual size 1 and while they are certainly form fitting they are not 2-3 sizes smaller than some reviewers suggested, at least they weren't for me. Of course, like all trousers, they stretch a little when you put them on. The pants don't stretch much compared to other tight pants, they are made of a stiffer fabric which I find preferable because it makes it more durable, especially in the work environment I wear. this. The waist is slightly larger compared to the hips, which I find quite tight. However, these pants look good and do not warp or warp in some places like others. Exactly what I was looking for, good work trousers. For reference, I'm 5ft 1in tall and had to roll them up decently. To sum up, if you want a slim fit, go for your normal size, and if you prefer a looser, more comfortable fit, try one size up.
