This is my 1 year old. He carried the battery from the first book we got at our children's party (children's songs). We chose songs to learn to add variety. While cleaning the house, a book arrived. Note the background, the vacuum cleaner and an Amazon box. It was intended as a Christmas present. I couldn't control myself. I gave it to him immediately. These posted are very durable. He chews on it, turns it over, steps on it and does what any toddler can do. I suggest buying extra batteries. I am planning to purchase soon as we are now the proud owners of 3 bird song books.
