I was looking to upgrade my straightener and even asked the girls on FB what they use and advise. No one mentioned it, but I took a chance to get it. I didn't want to spend my arms and legs on one, but I didn't want the cheapest either. I've had it for a few weeks now and I really like it. The heat control is easy to read and use and does not need to be adjusted while you are styling your hair. I am very happy with it. So if you are looking for an upgrade without spending a lot of money this is a good product. * Delivery - well, that's another story. I didn't need it right away but it took about 4 days to even ship, so it took about 1.5 weeks for delivery.
