Definitely not a bad product. Setup is easy. The only problem I really have is the PTZ controls for controlling pan and tilt. Sometimes they are very sensitive and sometimes they are not sensitive enough. Sometimes the camera gets out of hand and takes your small gesture too far. But once found, it's great. Love the fact that you can turn on follow mode so it follows movement. I never thought I had so many ghosts! I just wish I could lower the sensitivity of this feature so it doesn't follow dust particles. All in all a pretty handy camera. I have 2 now
