I like that it is so easy for me (and all my staff) to use without having any training at all! The software makes managing our records management process incredibly simple.

It also has an excellent customer support team behind us who are always willing to help out when we need them most! There really isn't anything bad about this program in particular - just some of their competitors programs have better features or more advanced options available sometimes. We primarily used Chicago Record Management as part of our business because they offered great prices compared to other companies doing similar work and had good reviews online.
