I bought two of these, 3/4" and 1". None of them will cut a full circle on the paper I use, the masking paper I bought from Revain. This is thin but tough. It is not wrapping paper or tissue paper. I didn't notice any paper thickness limitations. And I've tried the paper both individually and in multiple layers. (It's better if you hold the stamp upside down so you can see through the window because it MUST be all the way through. There's no extra space) it just won't make a full circle. Maybe it's because the circle was cut right along the edge you pressed in. Then you tear the paper to remove it. And hopefully the incomplete circle can be saved and trimmed with scissors. Both punches do this. Pros: It has a plastic window (also removable) at the bottom so you can see what you're doing. Cons: This doesn't mean it will work. Just a poorly made product.
