I bought these expecting brass screws. When I received this I noticed brass/copper stains. After heart surgery and recovery I am installing them now. Today I opened the packaging and noticed what appeared to be cadmium plating on a carbon steel nut and bolt. The washer was carbon steel. Just to make sure I put a magnet next to it and attracted all the components. wrongly advertised. Do not buy for wet areas. It will rust!
