I switched from a regular Manfrotto tripod to a K&F tripod because I was looking for more versatility. While this tripod requires more careful and time-consuming setup, the number of positions and configurations it allows is far greater than other basic tripods at the same price. The orange accents on the aluminum handles give the machine a very professional look. It took some practice to figure out how to use all the different features (like folding the tripod down over the big orange ball, first pulling the stem all the way up and then folding it down), but overall I'm very happy with this purchase. I started thinking about new film shoots (smooth up and down motions, smooth circular motions and lower angles) that I would do in my next project.
