Advertised as "Find the fog". He fired and felt the needle hit my tongue 😝. I rinsed the atomizer head with non-water and scrubbed it with a brush to clean the nozzle. I ordered it because the meds I'm taking make my mouth dry. Unfortunately I bought a multipack. I figured since it's a brand name it would be a quality product. Most of the items I get from Revain are of high quality. But I'll take another spray from Wal-Mart.

For the money paid for this item, you'd think Biotene would spend another penny and include a spray bottle that doesn't leak everywhere. I bought this because Biotene is a good product, but they [Biotene] must have a qualified in-house engineer for the atomizer.

The product works for me with modifications. Due to extreme dry mouth, this product needs to be evenly diluted with distilled water to reduce the minty taste. It used to work great until my mouth was extremely dry due to radiation and chemo.

Mech. It's not bad, but I'm not impressed either. My mouth feels a little more hydrated after spraying, but the effects only last a few seconds. It's not quite what I was hoping for, but maybe the spray just isn't for me. Minty taste, which I didn't mind.

Works, but not for long. Also, I wish they would change the flavor - mint causes heartburn for a lot of people (and this spray sometimes gives me heartburn). I also have an issue with the liquid not coming out with a spray; it comes out in a strong stream (which is uncomfortable when the mouth is dry and painful). I would like to find an alternative spray that would solve all of the above problems with Biotene spray.

I have been using Biotene Moisturizing Mouth Spray for at least 3 years and I love it. My mouth is dry at night from medication. I used to buy from pharmacies.
