I assembled the chair in about 15 minutes with minimal help. I will note that the box is heavy and large enough for two people to work with. The chair makes a high-quality impression. I have a problem with the headrest. I'm 6ft 1in and the headrest hits me right in the back of my neck! I assume my torso is too long for a chair? I ended up having to remove the headrest as it got in the way and didn't help. It's a good chair after all, but I was hoping for an upgrade and it didn't fit. Now I'm stuck with a 'regular' chair and regret not spending more to get something better!
