Very strong but not flexible
I wanted a more flexible scraper but got a hard one. BUT. it was ALL ON ME. Say it right away, but I wasn't paying attention. I'm new to scraper. I've seen them at Martha Stewart and America's Test Kitchen but they used Flex and I thought they were all Flex. Warning to READ ITEM DETAILS. Very good scraper. I'll probably use it to scrape dough off a wooden board while making bread and buy a flexible one to scrape dough out of bowls.
