works great except it's stiff and stiff and can't bend. When I use it in a round container, I can't just cut the dough out of the round container. Besides, it is good for cutting dough, thick and easy to break. The price is a bit higher compared to the dollar store. well, during the pandemic, it was the only way to get this thing.

I use this to pick up whatever I finely chop on my cutting board. It also works well for counting sliced cheese. It has the same rigidity as a metal utility knife, but is lighter and much cheaper. I'd like the edge to be beveled more subtly - it's a bit thick. If you're looking for a good, flexible bread knife, the Uxcell Plastic Household Bakery D-Shaped Flour and Bread Dough Scraper is a great choice for the price. I use it every time I bake bread.

I wanted a more flexible scraper but got a hard one. BUT. it was ALL ON ME. Say it right away, but I wasn't paying attention. I'm new to scraper. I've seen them at Martha Stewart and America's Test Kitchen but they used Flex and I thought they were all Flex. Warning to READ ITEM DETAILS. Very good scraper. I'll probably use it to scrape dough off a wooden board while making bread and buy a flexible one to scrape dough out of bowls.

I just love it. A friend has one and he uses it for a lot of things in his kitchen so I had to buy one. Not only does it cut bread dough perfectly, but it also helps to place cut foods in pans or bowls. He's very tough and I like that. Works well with dough on the counter or cutting board. Just perfect. I have other flexible scrapers that don't work when I need to cut dough, too much flexibility can be a bad thing too. I love that I can get the color red to match other kitchen appliances.

I thought it was small because of the price. I bought the white one because it's the cheapest but I was surprised since it's the size of my palm. I can't believe the other colors cost more. I definitely bought for the purpose and not the color. In terms of use I am so happy that not only does it scratch well but it also cuts dough. I bought a silicone mat and had to cut something without damaging the mat. And this scraper did a good job of not cutting through my silicone mat.

For a real icing on cake, it does a great job! I'm not a pro so can't speak to it, but love how durable it is (not very flexible, just a straight edge). I have small hands so there are plenty of blades to work with. Originally bought as a pan scraper, it's a bit too big for that. Probably shouldn't be used for anything too hot or for hard scraping, the plastic is thick but will crack if subjected to too much force.
