This is the second pair I have installed. A complete set of 4 on my 1996 Dodge B2500 van that worked wonders to drive. This minimizes lateral swaying/rocking. I installed these two shock absorbers on the back of my 1998 Nissan Frontier XE Ext Cab RWD. (unfortunately they are not made for the front). He raised the back end 1-3/4 inches on each side. If you own an old small Toyota or Nissan pickup, you know that not only do shock absorbers wear out, leaf springs also weaken over time. These shocks are great against loose leaf springs. I recommend using 1500lb auxiliary leaf springs with these shocks to fully correct this.
