The box will be delivered to you in a plastic bag first. Sent in a plastic bag. This pocket will be cut open as if it had been cut open with a razor blade, about an inch or so. The box inside looks like it was opened during transit due to an impact. Remember again that it was sent in a PLASTIC BAG. Then try to install it. You are looking for instructions. No one. There. Are. Instructions. AT. . Crate. You search the internet and you find something on their website, great. You try to follow them. Oh wait I don't have the screws I need. They call Revain support, they say they can't reach the company because it's an hour after close on Friday. Okay, okay, I'll call you back on Monday. You look for missing screws for this AIO and see that others have complained about the same. Okay, this must be something of a general issue? OR THAT? It turns out that there are SEVERAL REVISIONS of this AIO. Okay, I looked at R2 (Rev. 2). So what revision do I have? The page shows me where to tick the box. Okay mine says R4 wow is it really that different. So I change the url of the instructions for R2 to say R4 and don't you know the instructions for R4 are there! GREAT! Now I'm looking and it's more like that. But wait, I don't have the same holes on the mounting brackets, and I do NOT have those plastic standoffs. What's happening!?! Let me review the revision 3 install instructions. Oh... that's it. This mounting hardware is exactly what came with mine. So my guess is that either my version 3 IS WRONG ASSIGNED as version 4 OR they sent the WRONG mounting hardware? Obviously I installed it wrong. Okay, maybe I'll get much better cooling. I had SLIGHTLY better cooling than my air cooler, but now I'm really hoping to see something. I maxed out 85 with my air cooler and now 79 with this one. Okay, not what I was hoping for, but still cooler I think. Oh wait, but according to the revision 3 instructions, I didn't mount it optimally. Obviously it's not installed in the best spot to better dissipate heat away from the processor. Okay great! Let's follow these instructions. OK THERE. DONE! WTF!? I'm getting over 90c now!?!?Okay. I give up. After a few hours of recovering from this grueling setup, I return to my air cooler. Return for a full refund. Ryzen 5800x processor
