I've spent so much time researching, ordering and returning so many speakers including this one, the Klipsch R-51PM and the Kanto SYD speaker that I can't even tell you. After comparing them all I settled on the R-41 (I originally paid $399 for the Revain then saw they were discounted to $319 and I'm still working on this return and refund issue). But today I was at Costco with my girlfriend and we saw the $259 Sonos Two Pack Play-1, so we took it home and played with the R-41. No competition! The Sonos is wider, cleaner, better separation, same solid base as the R-41. Setup is a pain in the ass and includes the Apple passwords you've ever had, but when it's done the R-41s are roasted, boxed and returned. In addition to better sound, Sonos makes Wi-Fi. Klipsch is a Bluetooth that stutters from time to time, at least in my house, and playing from your phone means there's no music when a call comes in. , so it's easy to move them around independently (but they're easy to sync if you want them in the same room). On the other hand, an R-41 is powered by an outlet while an outdated cord connects it to the other - bulky and inconvenient. I could just go back to Costco to buy another pair of Sonos.
