Not efficient at all.

I suffer from back pain and often use trigger point balls and foam rollers. I thought it might be useful but I found it almost useless. A lot of buzzing with no positive effect on the body. I tried it on the floor, against a wall and in different positions and in the end I just gave it back.

Pros

THREE INTENSITY LEVELS WITH AUTOMATIC MASSAGE MODE: Customize each 10-minute massage session with three intensity levels: low, medium or high. The massage ball also has an automatic massage mode, gradually increasing and then decreasing the intensity and heat over a period of 10 minutes for effective pain relief.
