It's exactly what I wanted, not too heavy or thick to fit in my purse, protects my Dell Inspiron 13 7000 2 mini laptop 1 from scratches and dents, has elastic straps to prevent the top from falling back when you work with it and elastic corner straps to keep it in place. The padding is memory foam and the neoprene outer layer is pretty easy to clean, even cat hair. I love that it has a double zipper instead of just one, so you can open it in one or both directions with two hands, which makes handling a lot easier when you're in a hurry. The zipper is very good and opens very smoothly and effortlessly. Suggestions for improvement: I would have liked it even better if it had a flat handle on the side or a flat, wide rubber or neoprene strap on the outside. around or hold your hand when wearing them. Might be a good feature to include in future versions. But for the price it does its job very well. An elastic loop on the top inside edge to allow the pen to fit parallel to the long edge of the case would be a great addition.
